After what can only be described as a truly inspirational first half by Leeds United, a Jekyll and Hyde performance in the game was to be seen at Elland Road after what can only be described as a catastrophic second half performance by Leeds.
Leeds United conceded a lackadaisical set piece before the break when Crystal Palace equalised against Leeds United, after what looked a really comfortable first half performance by the Whites. Going into the Half Time break, it has been suggested that midfielders Weston Mckennie and Marc Roca had strong words to say to each other after Luke Ayling had given them food for thought criticising their contribution regarding the goal at Half Time.
After Leeds’ were completely whitewashed in the second half, it has been reported that both Mckennie and Roca were seen in Manchester Airport on a short break away from the team.
Javi Gracia was reportedly furious after the game and was livid over the situation. Leeds next play against Liverpool live on Sky Sports and will hope for an immediate response proving to the supporters that they can survive in the Premier League despite recent events taking place, as well as the Jean Kevin-Augustin saga continuing to look more bleak minute by minute.
