The Mangerial Leeds United Appointment of Javi Garcia has seen a 40% win rate since his inception in the club, winning 2, drawing 1 and losing 2 in his 5 games he has managed.
Leeds are currently 14th in the table, 2 points from the relagation zone, putting such a small margin between the bottom and mid table positions. Garcia’s concentration must be to keep Leeds United up at any cost and mantain a level of consistency in their play. When Garcia managed Wolves back in January 2018 until 7th September, the win rate was around 37.88%, winning 25, drawing 13 and losing 28, in his 66 games he managed so not far off our current form at present which kept Watford safe from relegation. However, this win rate doesn’t suggest a long term appointment will be concrete for Garcia, exspecially when there have been various reports about Mr Andrea Radrizzani possible majority stake being taken over by the San Francisco 49’s, who already have over a 40% stake in the club, so are in prime position to pounce a Leeds United takeover.
Overall, Garcia, the players, the board and management team need to work very closely and fine tune their abilities and processes to ensure sucess in order to keep Leeds United up once again.
